Ho’Oponopono

Ho’Oponopono is a powerful ancient Hawaiian prayer that can release you from limited old patterns of relating and can free you from suffering. It is a prayer I have meditated and used over the years to free myself from my own thought forms of processing and taking on projections of others and can lead you into a place of feeling freedom within with no attachments to others expectations of you . At this time in our spiritual journey we are being given an opportunity to transcend the old and rebirth ourselves into a brand new way of being in the world.

With this in mind I have created a 4 week online healing workshop designed to assist you to release yourself from the attachments and ties that bind you to the old stories of pain and struggle in your life. If you’re feeling stuck , don’t know how to forgive yourself or others for past betrayals and the continual betrayal of not honouring yourself and your needs then you want to enrol for this course. We will be covering the 6 step process to forgiveness of yourself and others through a deeper meaning of this powerful prayer
