Ho’Oponopono

Ho’Oponopono is a powerful ancient Hawaiian prayer that can release you from limited old patterns of relating and can free you from suffering. It is a prayer I have meditated and used over the years to free myself from my own thought forms of processing and taking on projections of others and can lead you into a place of feeling freedom within with no attachments to others expectations of you . At this time in our spiritual journey we are being given an opportunity to transcend the old and rebirth ourselves into a brand new way of being in the world.

With this in mind I have created a 4 week online healing workshop designed to assist you to release yourself from the attachments and ties that bind you to the old stories of pain and struggle in your life.
